How To Download And Update SP Daten Files

An easy way of updating your SP-Daten files using BMW Coding Tool.

Note: The folder location of downloaded and unzipped Daten Files doesn't matter. The software will do everything for you. It is important to check the paths to NCSEXPERT, EDIABAS and Winkfp as I show you.

Hi Joonas thank you for your excellent simple videos, I have a question - I already have the latest SP-Daten files, do I still need to use BMW coding tool or can I import into winkfp and skip this step? Also for example if I had older SP-Daten files such as v.60, would BMW coding tools update my SP-Daten to the latest version v.69? Thanks

Hi Joonas, Thank you for the Video. how can I find the same update for E87? I have a BMW 116i 2008 and after I tried to coded the car for faulty ABS and some other parts, I lost my speedometer and my fuel gage accuracy! and all my warning light came back. when I clearer the codes with Carly, they go away but they come back after 5 second of driving and the problem of pedometer and my fuel gage kicks in... I searched on the net and apparently I have an old data on my ISTA-D AND ISTA-P. could you help please? thank you.

Hey Joonas, Ive copied exactly what you have done and manged to get the the end but Ive no car here and now I have to shut down laptop, do I have to make the procedure again or is it stored ready for programming to the vehicle, if it is all stored what is the next step
