I dont have relatek in control panel, everything up to date. even if I go to C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA. RtkNGUI64 double-click to open Realtek HD Audio Manager, it doesnt open.

Thanks a lot. Yesterday I was able to follow the steps even without sound in my notebook and download Realtek and installed it. I don´t know why each time the Windows 11 download updates, the Realtek driver is deleted.
