Did not work. I have an Xs Max. I tried the year ahead, the month ahead, turned off automatic update, turned off wifi and Bluetooth. Still did not work

I tried it and another method on my Iphone 14 Pro Max and it didn't work. It showed the update, asked if I wanted to download it using cellular data but as soon as it shows it's paused and won't update
