I realize this is old, but I decided to try this with my 24# weighted vest and it was incredible. My average heart rate was in zone 3, which is higher than I expected and I burned 345 active calories. I have faith that in your standing workouts that I can safely wear my vest, push myself and try harder, as your workouts won't lead to me getting injured.
The only reason I am fit enough to do this is because of special people like you Olivia. Thank you very much for sharing these videos and helping people like me try to push back the ravages of old age. You are an angel.
