China gave a preview Wednesday of what might be coming for Taiwan by sending 27 warplanes into the island's air defense identification zone -- a buffer of airspace commonly referred to as an ADIZ -- according to Taiwan's Defense Ministry.
Twenty-two of those jets crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, an unprecedented number since the island began publicly releasing information about China's incursions into its ADIZ about two years ago, a flight map provided by the ministry showed.
The incursions come as China begins military drills around Taiwan to protest this week's visit by US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. CNN's Stephen Jiang reports.

What was the purpose of her visit? What was so important that she felt she had to endanger the lives of people and run the risk of starting a war

Nancy Pelosi, "I'm here to collect pre-orders for military defense equipment so I can tell my husband what stocks to invest in."

China has long been waiting for things like Nancy Pelosi's visiting Taiwan so that China could push its plan of reuniting Taiwan a big step forward. China thanks Nancy Pelosi for her big help.

Comedian George Carlin once said "Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They're privileges." Man, he'd have a lot of content now...

This woman is 82 years old. She should be knitting with old ladies in an armchair and not doing that

In the same scenario, why was Australia so upset when the Chinese foreign minister visited the Solomon Island? Solomon Island is a sovereign nation, so why the double standards? What hypocriscy 🤣🤣🤣

Their intention matters not, it's the miscalculation. This is how all wars start. All it takes is 1 hardline soldier decide to point his or her gun off by 5-10 degree.

The entire indo pacific region should unite and rally towards defending Taiwan in order to shield themselves against China aggression to dominate each individually. This is the moment to deter China lust for power! Act in unison now or suffer dire consequences for not aiding your neighbors against unprovoked aggression and threats of war!

A world divided against itself will fall. Imagine how much we could accomplish if we worked together for the better.

If China get Taiwan the will have control of the most advance computer chips that the world needs and if China get hold of that they will have an advantage. Taiwan is really important to America from military to the economy that make the people of the United States have livable life’s. I agree with the United States backing up Taiwan.

Henry Kissinger once say, "To be an enemy of the US is dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal". Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, called the United States “the most warlike nation in the history of the world.” Carter then said the U.S. has been at peace for only 16 of its 242 years as a nation.US forcing other countries to “adopt our American principles.” China’s peace dividend has allowed and enhanced its economic growth, and that’s why they’re ahead of us.In almost every way.”Carter said. China spend billions in acquiring 40000 kms of high speed rail, $billions in space technologies
another trillion on silk road. US has “wasted, I think, $trillion” on military spending.According to a November 2018 study by Brown University’s Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs, the US has spent $6.9 trillion waging wars. Most countries surveyed in a WIN/Gallup poll identified the United States as the greatest threat to world peace, Pew Research poll found that a record number of people in 30 surveyed nations viewed US power and influence as a “major threat.”to world peace.
