is better to set frame limit in the game than in the nvidia pannel, because setting that in nvidia panel give more latency

I've had the monitor for three days now. and use it for Remonde consoles. such a great picture. everything super fast. only the fan is annoying in quiet surroundings. you always have to have the sound on or wear headphones.

I hope you can help me with this: ive followed every single vid of yours on how to optimize my pc for gaming, BUT: I play Apex locked on 220 fps, but ive noticed that when looking around my game or image sort of hitches without any frame drops according to my frametimes.. im starting to get crazy because i dont know whats causing this.. even playing Apex locked at 240fps the image is very jittery..
