I have to let you know: Fortnite has RawInput, so the sensor information completely bypasses windows sensitivity configurations.
There's no point in setting 10/20 (known as 6/11) windows cursor sensitivity.
It can actually be detrimental, since having a more sensitive cursor forces your arm to move less when not playing, and causes your arm to feel stiffer in game.

Windows mouse settings has no effect on games with raw input.
USB 2.0 is more then capable of sending 1000hz mice information back and forth with 0 problem, 3.0 will not make you any better.
Polling rate is personal preference, 500 can be useful if you constantly overshoot your target, 1000 will give you the pin point precision if you absolutely need it.
DPI is also personal preference, and since most games have inventory systems with the raw input sens / dpi levels in mind it can be a bit iffy.
If you want to be technical about it 800-1600dpi is a good number to be between, adjust your sensitivity there after.
If you have a a category on your monitors resolution thats not under "Ultra HD, HD and SD" you are better off chosing so.

Most Competitive and Popular games like CSGO, Valorant, RDR 2, Fortnite have different Mouse Input than your Windows PC.
Basically they have Raw Input On and you can confirm this by: Opening ALT+Z to open Nvidia record panel etc. and Moving your mouse on that Overlayer while having your Mouse Excelleration ON your Windows or Turning ON or your Mouse Sensitivity very Low and you will see that It behaves differently(Slow and Fast depending on how fast you swipe your Mouse across the pad or table)

Its basically useless to turn off your Mouse Excelleration unless you are playing somekind of really old or undevelopped game.

My keyboard latency test shows delays of over 100ms is that even possible? cause if i have 100ms ping delay somewhere i notice it but i dont notice much of a delay of the keyboard, how much delay should be shown on the website to have a good keyboard imput delay?

EXIT LAG PING FORMULA = EXIT LAG ROUTE PING + ISP PING = YOUR PING
EX : 22 SG1 EXIT LAG PING + 39 ISP PING SO YOU WILL HAVE ABOUT 61 PING SO I SUGGEST DONT USE EXIT LAG ON LOW PINGS
