A few things about what you say help. Im a competitive apex player also a pc optimizer and it specialist background, mouse acceleration good to have off but doesn't matter fortnite uses raw input for the sens scal 6/11 is the max u can make it lower especially going on high dpi going lower on that scale help you definitely want to play on 1600dpi if you have a solid mouse sensor, please do not use a optimization app sure it has some good things but a lot of it could make things worse or just be a placebo so dont fully recommend and lastly filter keys no reason to change it fn has raw input so it will only hurt your typing in windows its a placebo.
