Im so frustrated.... I have done these things and still have no idea what im doing but I niw have Vysor and ABD installed but yet it cannot detext my broken phone. The display is beyond using and i cannot even shut the phone off. My alarm eventually went off this morning and i cannot turn it off. The side key will only allow a snooze. I really need access to my text messages which im sure is accessible even if i get this to work. I do have the sim and the SD card so maybe there us an easier way but still im not sure if it will let me get to the sms messages

The computer will not recognize your phone if it's locked. If the phone still powers on, get a 3 in 1 USB c to HDMI adapter to connect to the computer, plug in a mouse and control it from there,
