If you want to create a circular array in Blender without using the Array modifier, you can achieve this by using Blender's built-in Duplication feature. Here's how you can do it:

1. Start by creating the object you want to duplicate. It can be any mesh object, such as a cube or a cylinder.

2. Select the object by right-clicking on it.

3. In the Properties panel on the right-hand side (press N to show or hide the panel), navigate to the "Object" tab (the cube icon).

4. Scroll down to the "Duplication" section and click on the "None" dropdown menu.

5. Select "Verts" from the dropdown menu. This will duplicate the object based on the vertices of the original object.

6. Rotate and position the original object as desired. The duplicates will be created in a circular pattern around the original object's vertices.

7. To adjust the size of the circular array, you can scale the original object. The duplicates will automatically scale accordingly.

8. If you want to change the number of duplicates in the circular array, you can enter Edit Mode by pressing Tab, select some of the vertices of the original object, and duplicate them using the Shift+D shortcut. Then, rotate the duplicated vertices to the desired position. Repeat this process to create additional duplicates.

9. You can further refine the circular array by adjusting the position and rotation of the duplicated vertices.

10. If you want to convert the duplicates into separate objects, you can press Tab to exit Edit Mode, then right-click on the original object and choose "Convert to Mesh" from the context menu.

That's it! You have created a circular array in Blender without using the Array modifier. The Duplication feature allows you to duplicate an object based on its vertices, giving you control over the circular pattern.
