Only 2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse in 5 Minutes - Easy Chocolate Dessert Recipe – The Hillbilly Kitchen
This chocolate mousse is incredibly easy to make and has a rich creamy indulgent flavor and it literally only takes about 5 minutes. It is perfect for a romantic dinner for 2 or a dinner party with friends. No one will have any idea it was so easy to make. This is a no-fail recipe, if you can microwave water you can make. This is a kid friendly recipe. There is nothing hot enough to cause a burn and it doesn’t require a long attention span.

I love traditional chocolate mousse, but it is kind of a pain in the butt to make, LOL. Your 2 ingredient recipe looks great, & much quicker to do. I look forward to giving it a try, as I'm all for taking shortcuts when possible. I love good food, but I really don't love cooking. Anything to shorten the process is wonderful to me! Becky, I love your videos... I often re-watch them, just because I love to listen to you talk, watch you cook, & hear you share your love of the Lord. It feels like I'm in a good friend's kitchen. This is whipped ganache. It is my favorite frosting on a cake!

Traditionally you warm the cream on the stove and melt the chocolate in the warm cream. Cool and refrigerate for several hours. Then you whip it until light and airy. Delicious!!
