About 6 months younger than you, and I’m really starting to get better. I did 30 mins of nonstop arm circles yesterday, and can do well over 200 sit-ups in one go. But I have to ask. How long have you been doing this for? I’m already way fitter than at any point in my life (lost 4 kg, now gaining weight hopefully thru muscle), but I just wonder how long you took. Did you start from a toddler, on only a few months/years?
