Every time I do my shadow swings prior to a match I end up playing better and then I gradually go back to my old habits. This stuff is crucial, thanks for sharing!

Watching through 5 videos, I retrived my best forehand which I played at high school.
These movies have literally essential tips I guess. Much obliged

Fantastic video. I love it. I've always thought that the best training device is a mirror/camera. Great advice there.

Good for my training.

In tennis, its not too late to learn and start.
Do you agree with me?

Thank you for presenting a nice video.
I am 71years old tennis player who started playing tennis only 3years ago
Though all tennis court has been closed here japan, I decided to practice tennis at home
To do so, your video is so useful for me
I have only one question that when is the impact in your shadow swing?
I think I have to watch the impact point in my shadow swing.
Please explain where is the impact face in the whole shadow swing

So I’m stealing these tips and progressions for my tennis camp next week. I love the breakdowns and reps, reps, reps! Thanks ET😁

Thanks guys for all the work you are doing! Also wanted to mention that Kirby has the most relaxed and natural (and therefore beautiful) forehand swing imho.

I was knocking balls from the baseline today with a hard hitter. For most of a half hour hour I tried to match power to power, spraying balls everywhere. Then this lesson came to mind. I began to slow things down on my side and relaxed more, allowing my racquet to do the work instead of my arm.
Two thumbs up!

never played tennis before, but gonna start playing with some coworkers. don't want to go and start developing bad habits, some of which i'd probably have from playing ping pong. glad to come across these sets of vids, thank you.

Excellent video! Thank you for your consistent, comprehensive, and practical videos . They're so instructive. Aren't you a lefty? Now you appear ambidextrous as well. Same with me which makes me a very unorthodox player. Thanks again.

Like your approach and taking the time to make it simple, relevant and practical. Not enough players practice just hitting strokes off a dropped ball to create a concentrated motion. I would add one thing in watching #1 and 2 lessons. The take back with a closed racket face and a wrist release prior to the hit. Perhaps you add these later as these are segments seen by most top players today. Thanks for the ET script.

Great vid, its so important to warm up slowly and to build up speed from 40% to 50% to 60%... it really helps your timing, rhythm, smoothness and everything, I find I play much better if I do that.
Btw also interesting tips on focusing on 1 swing technique and really working it slowly and increasing speed, but what if I have many different swing techniques? haha :)

can you please also make videos like these for other strokes including one handed backhand. Really a great video! Keep it up!

Hi coach. Could you please reshare the worksheet!? The worksheet attached in the description/comment box isn't working.

I like the progressions from the service line, no man's land to baseline. I was out doing forehand shadow swings and drop feed this morning but only from the baseline. I will try this version tomorrow.
