I've seen a couple of interviews with him -- including the last one he did, a few weeks before he was executed -- and there's one question no one asked him: "You say Tottie 'caused' this because she disrespected you, but did she deserve to die for that?"

He would have dodged the question, of course -- that's what sociopaths do. But at least he would have been confronted with the truth.

It’s frightening that someone you consider a “friend” of 30 yrs can turn in you like this. Can’t believe he convinced her to go back inside or maybe it was the gun. But man.. poor Mike had nothing to do with this. Rip to everyone and comfort to the families. Beyond SAD!

He was executed in 2015 I'm shocked the police, knowing they're going to the killer's house, they didn't take any precautions and walked up to the door. What were they thinking?

They're getting a call for a shooting and only one deputy shows up. But if they pull somebody over, there's at least three to five units that show up. What's wrong with this

He also killed a woman back in 1995, seven years prior to this. Authorities just didn't have enough evidence to convict. He did admit to it subsequent to this conviction though.

He probably went to her house with the intention of robbing her of her drugs. When he saw the other guy there, he probably thought his plan was now ruined.
