This maneuver is very helpful a lot. I'm suffering hiatal hernia acid reflux and Gerd. And have anxiety and panic attack.

Ive seen 2 chiropractors that do this for 8 months and if a hiatal hernia is whats causing my symptoms, this hasnt worked for me . Plus it seems like you have to keep doing this over n over again and if you dont live with anyone you kinda screwed in that regard . Makes you think if just getting the surgery would be more beneficial than doing all these so called natural routes with jumping up n down drinking water on an empty stomach etc ... Plus you need to get inflammation controlled if its severe like i have it, dont have all the time in the world to mess around . Very frustrating
