This Malaysian ETF Is OUTPERFORMING The S&P500

I'm very familiar with US stocks and ETFs but the Bursa stock market has been doing well this year and I stumbled upon this Malaysian ETF that's been killing it so far this year.

The ETF in question is the Malaysia Momentum ETF (MOMETF) and it covers 20 Malaysian companies with the highest momentum scores based on Nasdaq's Dorsey Wright Technical Leaders Index

The problem with Malaysian ETF is takde volume. The local bull is also having more than 75 Malaysia focused unit trust with YTD >25%

Since this ETF invests in momentum stocks, and momentum and sentiment can change very quickly, wouldn’t a more frequent rebalancing, eg monthly or fortnightly (not 3 monthly) be more appropriate?
