IBKR vs Moomoo - Which Is The Better Option?

Moomoo rewards have changed:
Deposit RM1k = Get RM140

Interactive Brokers (IBKR) and moomoo are 2 of the best brokers I've used to trade and invest in stocks. There are a lot of good options out there but these are the 2 I'm using right now.

So I compare the two in terms of functionality and share how I use them to both trade short-term and invest for the long-term.

8:21 "Quite a bit cheaper" is quite the understatement, its literally 1/3 the price 😅

And the fee scales up pretty quickly. The difference in fee per trade is approximately $0.65 between IBKR and Moomoo. After just 10 trades, that difference balloons up to $6.50 or around RM30. Imagine making tens or even hundreds of trades over the years x_x

What if use MOOMOO instead of Wise to change currency, then withdraw to Multi-Currency Bank Account and send it to IBKR
