They need to focus long and hard on their UX, it’s looking like Shopee and that much clutter in a trading app is plain annoying.

They had great customer acquisition because of a lot of promotions, I and my friends redeemed a lot of free shares, but we sold those immediately after and withdrew the money - why ? Because the UX is not comfortable, the customer retention is much more important than acquisition in my opinion!
