I connect my controller to usb but when I press the ps button nothing happens the controller just blinks with a yellow colour

So 12.00 update has failed and every time I power on my ps4 I get the black screen with the blue wave saying error su-30746-0 and when I try holding down power button I get two beeps and nothing else, so I have unplugged it from power and am leaving it for 30 minutes. Also my ps4 doesn’t have a light like yours so idk if I have to do something different. Someone please help

If u hit the ps button n nothing happens, u have to find another usb cord. Baby I went thru like 3 cords n finally found one tht work.

I did this but its frozen on the “press the PS button” in safe mode but my controller wont turn on, even tho its plugged in to my ps4, and just blinks then stops
