There was a very interesting study in Montreal that dealt with the process of change. They analyzed brainwave patterns with stimuli of change and what they found was highly, highly interesting. Then, they looked for brainwave patterns that had a similar pattern and what they found would it to be most similar to was astonishing.
You see, most of use are not looking for change. What we’re really looking for is for something to be different.
If you're asking for how things can be different in your life, there’s a powerful word I use that I want to share with you in this video. It’s a word that really can help you get what you want when you think you’re ready for change.
Most are preprogrammed to go 360 degrees and usually then wind up back in the same spot.
Most people think of change as painful. You're really looking for things to be different.
How can you make a change in your life?
Take a quick look at your life. There are areas that things are going OK and you like where things are at. You want them be like that. If you change things in those areas, you’ll mess things up in your life.
There’s also other areas of your life where you want something to be different.
That old saying of ‘when one door closes another door opens’ is nice and cute and all but I have to ask the question:
Instead of waiting for a door to close, why not just become a carpenter? Make a door. Make a window.

What I want to help you with today is something that will create a difference in your life. I want to teach you what change really is and how to make things different.
When you want to change, it’s really just a battle. An internal battle in your mind. i.e. Does this work for me or not work for me?
In order to create these changes, you need to figure out the perspective that you’re currently at.
Example: think about something you really really want or way you'd like something to be i.e. something you want to achieve or something you want.
When it comes to getting that, you gotta put yourself in a category so you know where you’re at. When you know where you’re at, you can get to where you’re going quicker, right?
