Holosun 507C X2 Problems

i own 9 of them and so far the only issue i've ever had was with a 507c old version and that issue was that you couldn't turn it off. holosun replaced it within weeks with a new version 2. i am very pleased with how they handled it.

At least you get to even see a reticle dot. Mine does not come on. I even switched the battery!!

I have exactly the same Problem since Monday with my 2 year old (well treated) 507c x2. I sent it to Holosun Germany. They answered and told me they will send me a new one. That is perfect service! But to be honest, the 507c x2 was already a change to a defective 507c, so this is the second time a 507 went broken.

hold the + for 10 seconds the dot should blink and then let go there are 4 settings from there always on, 12 hours, 4 hours, and 10 minutes hit the - until it blinks once then hit the + and - to turn off and save the setting then turn it back on it let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes completely motionless cause its super sensitive after those 10 to 12 minutes the sight should be off if you even breathe on it the dot will turn back on you're welcome

Bought my first Holosun about 3 weeks ago. Took it to the range for the first time two days ago. After the third shot, the dot jumped to the left. Elevation stayed true but it jumped what would be the equivalent of like 4 inches on target. Not off to a good start.

I'm having the same problem.. And this is the first one I've ever owned. The lights not that bright. And when you try to turn it up, it shuts off.

Mine went back once because the center dot completely disappeared on all reticles and brightness. About a year later same thing happened. After watching this video I tried to check it on max brightness. Well, as I'm turning it up the dot came back on, and now works on all possible settings. So i don't know if software glitch is the right phrase, but that's what it seems to be, rather than a problem with the emitter in my case.

Just a possible solution for those looking.

My 407 took a crap today I think but my problem is in auto mode. When in auto mode outside it’s so dim I can’t see it. But if it’s on the on setting it works fine.

I just bought one.. and just received it today. Seems like right off the bat it’s doing this to me as well. Lowering the brightness settings, dot eventually just disappears

My Holosun, adjustments won’t go down enough to zero out. It’s as if it won’t (Red Dot) won’t move any further lower. Am I doing something wrong?

Seems like NIGHT VISION MODES were the only two that worked for your dot part of reticle since two of the brightness settings are for NV use?

Had an issue with mine sent it in last month. Took about a month from me sending it off for them to send a new one back to me 0:55

My brand new holosun is junk. The elevation adjustment is BACKWARDS, UP is DOWN and DOWN is UP .. n #2. It will not allow me to adjust any further down, it stops far from where it needs to be. Of course I have to adjust it backwards to make the adjustment.

Did you possibly try using compressed air in case there’s a minute particle down in the site? Doubt that is the problem, just thinking out loud

Same with my Holosun 507 x’2 green …. either the battery or the optic lasted several days ….Sh*t pisses me off .. I’m guessing Holosun has a contract with Energizer
