I sent my HS507Kx2 back after I put my slide in a vice and broke the glass lense. To my surprise they replaced it in about 3 weeks. Completely surprised and happy.

I sent in my glock Holosun SCS optic due to it projecting 2 dots in the window. They repaired and turned it around in 2 weeks. Communication was slower than the actual fix, but I can't complain about the 2 week turn around time.

Thanks for the time frame. They just received my 508T that I had to send back due to the glass covering the emitter rotating and the dot just turning off after a 25/50 shots.

I haven’t had any delays with Holosun Customer Service/Warranty. After shooting my Staccato C2 with my Holosun 507C X2 ACSS and returning home, I noticed the battery tray was missing. I must not have tightened the screw enough and it backed out allowing tray to fall out during recoil.

I called Holosun and asked to purchase a replacement tray. They told me they don’t sell the trays, but they consider that a warranty issue and gave me a warranty return number to ship it back. Within 3 weeks I received a new replacement optic. Well, I learn from my mistakes and reattached my 507c X2 ACSS to the gun, inserted the new battery & tray and proceeded to tighten, & tighten, and unfortunately tighten that baby until “zip” the screw stripped!

I tried to find a gunsmith to tap out the broken screw with no luck, so with hat in hand, I called Holosun Customer Service again. They laughed at my attempt to pay to return the optic to the factory for repairs, stating again this was warranty. Gave me another warranty return number and I shipped back (again). I didn’t expect to hear from them for a while as it was about a week before Christmas. But “BAM” last week I got an email with tracking number, and I expect USPS to deliver my new optic tomorrow. I don’t have it in hand and reinstalled on C2 yet, but unless USPS can lose it before tomorrow I should have it then!

Personally, great response and service from Holosun’s Customer Service Department!

I sent my first gen 507c to hollison because it wouldn't hold zero, they upgraded me to a brand-new 508t for $60, one of the best customer service experiences on the planet, , every individual experience is just that an individual experience

I sent in a 507k x2 in September because it stopped working and I got a new one in mid-December. I also reached out to them a couple times. Good company, just expect a while on a warranty claim.

Mine took a week when I sent my cracked glass in sent me new one a week later.

My Holosun warranty experience has been a nightmare. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. EVER. It’s been over 6 weeks that the replacement has been in the mail and I have emailed and called multiple times and have heard NOTHING. It was a 509T who’s glass cracked for no reason. I will never purchase another Holosun ever again. Incredible disappointment.

You all think Holosun is bad…Smith and Wesson has had my 642 pro series since April. A month ago they said they were replacing it. Well, I haven’t seen it yet.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I feel warranties aren't discussed enough. For Holosun its supposed to be for "original owner" and there was a time limit prior to 2022. Even eotech limits their warranties with their products. (2 yrs for pre-2018, 10 yrs if after). I've never had any issues with Vortex, Sig or PA warranties.

I text the warranty for dot being a star burst. They gave me excuses of my eyes. Well it wasn't a problem when I first got the 507k. No offer to fix it or replace 507k. Won't buy a Holosun ever again. So much for lifetime warranty.

almost a year ago the got 407c and the dot just disappeared and I've started the process a week ago but haven't had a replied where do I go from there idk if I should just send it Or what smh sure there busy so did yiu just send it

So I bought one of these barely a year ago, I’m have the same problem my center dot disappeared in the middle of a competition, I sent them an email and have not heard anything back yet. Very frustrating, I’ll be calling tomorrow
