I love the recipe, but I love her personality even more! Even though I am a vegetarian, you had salivating when I watched it cook in the pan with that awesome gravy. I am looking forward to making this for my family. Thank you!

Secret for those busy nights when you still want a hearty meal. I make mine with 5 pounds of hamburger, dividing them into 10-12 oz patties and putting one each into a baggie. I then freeze them. You can either take them out early to thaw or put them in warm water (Usually put the baggie into another bag so they don't get waterlogged). You can then cook them like she did or sometimes I'll put them in an oven (even a toaster oven) still frozen for 45-50 minutes at 350F while I make potatoes or rice and gravy or whatever. It's nice to have them waiting in the freezer.

Definitely making those steaks. But I use evaporated milk in my mashed potatoes. A neighbor showed me this 20 years ago and I've made them that way ever since. So fluffy and creamy, super delicious 😋
