Funny thing is, we once had a local McDonalds here in Switzerland offering a romantic dare night. The manager wore a tuxedo, serving a glass of champagne. The tables were covered in white linen and the regular McDonalds menu items were served on tableware at the table. You could even order wine, which was complementary, as it‘s not a regular item on the menu, so it wasn‘t in the cashier system. It was a unique and fun evening.

As a Japanese I can tell you that I've *_never_* encountered a malfunctioning McFlurry or ice cream machine.
