Great info. Question: I have a client who is a nurse and works the 7p to 7a shift. I have her eating vegetables (salad) when she is working and when she is not working she is on a mostly plant eating plan. What say you? Have you had clients who work this metabolic/ nutritionally challenging shift? What would you recommend? Thank you for the info!
