Key Performance Indicators for Effective Water Utility Management

You can't track what you don't measure! Evaluating the performance of a water system on an ongoing basis is critical to delivering clean, safe water to utility customers, but what measurement tools should be tracked to keep on top of all the moving parts of a water system? We look at using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to measure performance and give utilities an early warning of potential problems before they become big issues.
