heres my problem with the presented KPIs:

when talking OEE (OEE= Availability * Quality * Performance), you already have the production downtime as well as the first time yield included
Availability = Planned production time - planned downtime/planned production time (so its a measure of unplanned downtime)
Quality = good parts produced/total parts produced (so its a measure for bad parts)
performance = total production (including bad produced goods)/planned produced goods

therefore your kpis are redundant, i would rework this video if i were you
