The Air Force One replacement, the VC-25B, will be further delayed as Boeing’s loss-making endeavour struggles to get off the ground. Meanwhile, Boeing's planned 737 MAX production increase will be delayed as the planemaker battles continue supply chain issues and FAA restrictions. Lastly, Qatar Airways will likely finalise a purchase of RwandAir in July, giving it a 49% stake and significant control of the airline.

There is a rumor going on, on this side of Asia.. that.. ILUSHIN with IL-96-400 and TUPELOV's TU-204 are equally persuing the PD-14 (currently used by MC-21) and PD-18 (Experimental at the moment) Aircraft Engines and are negociating with African and some South Asian aircraft company buyers willing to Push their Asian and western counterparts including Malaysia Air and Air Canada to ease the Sales Sanctions... and get higher contracts (with help of French diplomacy in the middle) ..while Boeing and Airbus leave a bigger gap.. with supply management issues.

Interesting move by Qatar Airways regarding Rwanda Air.

They should infuse more capital to aid the airline’s fleet expansion and modernization.

Why is it always bad news? Don't you find any good news ever!!!

In reality, Boeing gets a excuse to fix the quality. What where seeing is not enough plane players are lack of risk appetite for buying another brand. In theory if china and embrarer were players, they'd be getting big or lots of modest orders flooding in.

Under new leadership Boeing will become stronger having gone through the current challenges.

Hey Dj all I hear for you is Boeing is in trouble. Boeing woes. It’s getting a bit repetitive! Let’s try some Boeing ceo type thoughts and call it belong success is dominating the news cycle. Only up Boeing except for the planes

The death of Titanic's owner company, the white star line, served as a lesson for other businesses. Boeing ignored the lesson!!

Like everyone else I have been watching this whole sorry saga about Boeing and it multitude of problems. While there is no doubt what so ever that Boeing has make a lot of mistake that must be addressed, there is one question I would like to pose. Who watches the watchers ? It seems to me FAA have a free hand in all of this. While not denying Boeing has a lot to answer for, is it not just passible that the FAA is adding arms and legs to Boeing problems. Can it be a case of FAA and its practices also needs to be investigated ?

What's wrong with "Aviation News Recap" when you recap what has been in the news concerning aviation? Just asking for a friend.

Maybe Qatar Airways sees potential in the British sending all those illegal channel crossers ack to RwandaAir as a great revenue stream.
