I dont understand how thats food safe as a cutting board. Ive worked with resin and using a knife on it is gonna get plastic in your food eventually.

I’m so confused. I thought epoxy resin wasn’t food safe or hard enough to resist cutting. Is this safe? How did you seal the epoxy to prevent it touching the food or blades?
