Dudes are out here making charcuterie boards that look like anime swords.

It's not OCD, it's Quality of your work.
And that quality says "Be Proud!"

Nicely done.

Being a perfectionist doesnt make you ocd, just an honest, hard working man

you're not "very ocd" you're just a perfectionist

It’s such a simple thing to just say that you’re particular, instead of saying that you’re OCD about something. OCD is a tormenting and horrible disorder. It just spreads misinformation and is hurtful to those with OCD.

Say "Passionate for details and finish, " not OCD. Misuse of this diagnostic label is disrespectful.

I have ocd and you aren't "ocd" you're just really dedicated to your work dude.

Edit: I never said he didn't have ocd I'm saying he isn't "ocd" like it's some quirky emotion for wanting to have his work be perfect, he's just dedicated.

There is nothing wrong with being detail oriented. It doesnt mean you are OCD. I was taught "Do it right or not at all" This what he does. Great job.

Me being a floor sander, nothing beats when that stains or finish goes on the wood and you see the multiple colors, grains and just overall beauty of the wood.

OCD would be obsessively polishing one small spot in little circles exactly 100 times, losing count, then having to start counting again.
It would be checking and re-checking that youve turned on the machines, then off then on again to make sure theyre actually running.
Itd be washing your hands for exactly 5 minutes, forgetting your arms, then again for 5 minutes, 5 more times.
OCD is much more than being a perfectionist. Its almost debilitating. My dad has to check the light switches, smoke alarms, stove and pven at least 15 times, in order, before he leaves the house. When he shuts off the car, it's "park, break, check" 10 times or more before youre even allowed to unbuckle.
That is a beautiful piece of art. You have high standards for yourself and your workmanship. Youre not OCD, but a master of your craft.

So beautiful. My 82 yr old Dad who's done woodworking for many decades would approve of your quality workmanship.

Neat, tidy and passionate about your work does not constitute a compulsive disorder.
Thank you for fixing this diction choice in advance.

Looks like a weapon a boss would have in a video game, so I give it an A+
