There is no longer such a thing “ affordable new truck”

I don’t know why, but the base trucks always look so much nicer to me.

Put slightly larger tire on it, even a small lift. Looks badass

I got this truck with the crew cab and the 6.8 gas. This is a very nice truck the vinyl feels like leather and it's way quieter than I expected. Also got 4.30 gears, It also handles kids and dogs very well

I love the extended cab trucks with a long bed because 99% of the time its only me in the truck but this is a truck you probably would never see on dealer lots because the trucks they push at the dealership is short bed 4 door 4X4, I blame the dealerships for the death of the manual transmission starting back way in 2000, I remembered when I purchased my 2002 F250 7.3 with the 6 speed manual transmission the salesman ask why would you want a manual, I laughed and said because that's what I want, 21 years later I'm still driving the truck with the original clutch.

The suicide doors are better than the fake "crew cabs" that are essentially extended cab trucks with forward opening doors. You have a much wider opening which makes it easier to get into and you don't have that pillar in the way.

For a work truck, clamshell doors are nice because to me, you get better access to tools/supplies you might have in the back seat area

That truck with the 7.3 gas motor is the one I have been wanting for a couple years. Basic truck without all the tech and luxury features.

I like it a lot! Especially the clam shell doors. Better than NO doors. It is after all, not a "crew cab" so this configuration is extra beneficial. I don't need a truck like this(or any for that matter)but if I did, this would be on my radar.

Suicide doors on an ext cab are better than (4) regular doors. The mild hassle of having to open the front doors first is better than trying get in/out or put gear in the back of a 4-door ext cab.

I actually really like this exact set up for a work truck. I dont like regular/single cabs but this has plenty of space for change of clothes, boots, ect. Or if you have to squeeze a few people in. The work table center armest is nice, 8ft bed and just enough off road capability. And the wheel and tire set up reminds me of older HD/Super duty work trucks. Traditional and functional. Id buy this.

The supercab is great. Just wish you had a option to delete back seats on Ford's. I use mine for tool storage. Never used the back seats.

Andre is always my guy when it comes to trucks. Only thing I'd do differently is get a crew cab. Besides that, it's perfect.

I have a 2017 XLT 250 4x4 super cab black with 8ft box. At a glance side profile it looks like my truck. This XL has way more options for sure. I do have the rear locker that I feel should be standard on 4x4’s. It gets used a lot and is a nice tool. I like this truck and feel when I’m ready for another this XL & options fits my lifestyle better than my current XLT. Pulling a big bumper pull and loaded 8ft bed the F350 also to have that extra cushion in payload. Great video Andre as always. You guys a TFL work hard and it shows with the amount on content you push out.

Perfect truck if it had the 6.75 ft bed instead! Fir me anyways. I have been pricing a similar version of the F350 but with dual wheels. The ultimate camper hauler. The truck, along with a nice mid range truck camper is going to be ideal. Tens of thousands less than a Mercedes 4x4 van conversions like those completed by Thor or Winnebago. The 2.0 kw system is more than enough power for the truck camper. And if I want to run the A/C I can make sure the A/C is a lower output. You don’t need much of an AC unit to keep the camper cool.
Sweet set up!
Thanks Andrey! It’s obvious you we’re definitely into this version of the F350!

I Love my clamshell F-150. There is sometimes when I just want to throw something in the back seat and it's a little too wide where the pillar would have been. And I just realize it. It's fantastic.

Love basic Xls but the only thing that pisses me off is everything should come with Led headlights it’s crazy for $50, 000 they can’t include that Jesus

Nice truck, the 2 KW total 120 outlets are big enough to be usable as long as everything isn't running at the same time. And it's enough for the coffee maker which is a big plus on a job site.

I’ve had one of these trucks in a King Ranch trim on order since October of last year. Ford really needs to step up their game when it comes to keeping customers informed and getting trucks out quickly. From what I understand hardly any of the king ranch, platinum or limited trucks have made it to customers for 2023 as of yet. It would be great if you guys could do a video on why it is taking Ford so long to get these trucks out. Im dying to see how the super duty with the high output is going to do on the Ike Gauntlet! Thanks for all the great videos and keep them coming!
