Sciatica during pregnancy Symptoms

Sciatic pain starts in the lower spine and radiates downward into buttocks, back side of the leg and into the foot. Sciatica typically only affects one side of the body at a time.

Pain is usually intermittent, it comes and goes during the day, and may be accompanied by tingling, burning, numbness or muscle cramps.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and experiencing this pain mostly in my lower legs. Elevating my legs helped a little bit. It’s weird because this is my 2nd successful pregnancy and during my 1st I never experienced this. Oh the things us women have to go through when creating a baby.
