I recently experienced the numbness on my right side face and arm all the way to my fingers. It lasted a week and a half. Didn't want anyone to touch me coz it was horrible. How soon can numb and tingling hands start?

When I lay down my hands fall asleep. Its mostly my left hand. Sometimes I can find a position that helps, but I often wake up with a deep burning and aching sensation in my hands. Even when that sensation ends my hands and fingers ache. Strecthing my hands help, but its pretty painful. Even holding my phone to type makes my fingers fall asleep. I'm trying to stretch and use pillows to support myself and its not really helping so far. Im 21 weeks.. with twins.

I seem to be getting namb hands whilst sleeping, laying down. Doing the exercise seems to help and the feeling goes until next morning when I wake up with it again. 😞. So far longest it lasted for around 10 min before feeling went this is after waking up. No idea how long it's been numb whilst I was sleeping.
