I went through the volcanic disaster in Hawaii. Many people had to move away because there weren't enough houses/apartments and what was available was priced through the roof by greedy landlords. There won"t be enough housing in the LA area for most of those who have lost their homes. It's time to accept that change is a part of life and can sometimes turn out to be a surprisingly good thing. I wish them all great luck and peaceful hearts.

Price gouging is criminally foul, Immoral and illegal !Those people should be arrested. They have been doing this since the pandemic. Enforce the law.

Good thing the residents there can rest assured their local and state governments will have their best interests in mind.

People make money on people’s devastations that’s the way it goes. I used to be able to build a house for $150 a square foot in California. I need at least $750 a square foot with all their permits and the time wastedyou’re not scamming people you’re getting paid to what you’re worth
