This is a handy guide taking you through a timed breathing meditation where you take a breath at each beep and slowly exhale over five seconds until you have to take the next one. You don't need a particular pose for this, you can do it anyway you like. Try to focus, as much as you can, on your breathing and listen to your body as you do.
