Easiest way to boot on safe mode is to
Open system configuration as admin go to boot section tick safe mode and apply and restart vice versa

Sucks having a corrupted folder, probably because there is a corrupted file in it, that is impossible to rename, move or delete.
Does this command prompt method work on a foldername, not just a file?

What if all the corrupted file paths only reads "(Archive Root Directory)"? I only want to delete a specific file path, but most of the corrupted file path names have the same reading as mentioned above. Also, the file corruption occurred when OneDrive extraction failed to properly upload onto my computer. The only option there is in properties is General, which is also inaccessible. 7-zip, etc. doesn't oddly work on the files.

Update: Today I will try 7-zip on the folder, but still probably not.
