I think this is overall good advice and a good video. I do wonder though why the advice isn't more focused on content creation, as a first step. The first step of setting up a blog shouldn't be "how to physically set things up and hand your money over" but rather "write a bunch of articles and see if you even enjoy the craft." Unless that's implied and I just missed it. It's like somebody asking YouTubers what camera equipment they use, because they think it'll magically make them a YouTuber.
