every like here I'm gonna do 10 pushups

Day 1: just noticed the likes, 77 at the moment, I'll react every day with a ✅that means I did 100, (I'll do 1 rest day after each 100)

Day 1: ✅
Day 3: ✅
Day 5: ✅
Day 7: ✅
Day 9: ✅

Man, 9 days in this is getting to burn, the rest days barely do it, If I'll have an ❌ in one of those days, trust me it's because my muscles are just straight up hurting doing that many each day after day.

forgot to mention, Day 11: ✅
I will take 2 rest days because my muscles are actually burning and im gonna listen to the guy in the replies

Right, day 13: ✅
I'm starting to bulk tho so.. It's going to take me like 2 months or even more, I probably will stop the push ups and ado like Crunches, Lateral Raises, Lat Pulldowns, that stuff, TRUST THE BULK

I love waking up when no one else is awake when there is no sun, its amazing and so calm and peaceful

Step 1: Wake up at the same time (early)- Before sunrise or during sunrise (7 AM)
Step 2: Avoid your phone- Keep it in a different room (or put on do not disturb)
Step 3: Master flow state- Do your work early in the morning to achieve great focus, don't multitask

My mental health is getting worse.People used me, bullied and toxic people made fun of me.I am working really hard still I am getting low marks.I got rejected by a school girl who used to be my friend.People used my innocence and they made me feel bad.Even my parents don't care about my issues. They say you are just stupid and they don't even listen to what I am saying.Whenever I share my goals and plans to my parents they say you can't achieve. My mother keep complaining that I have been burden to my family. My digestion is getting worse because of my mental issue.I am getting bad grades despite working my ass off.All these things are happening since 1.5 year. I am feeling like my soul is destroyed from inside.I am feeling hopeless

funny thing is that i don’t have any social media, all notifications off except work group and my mom, waking up at 5am and gym after work. doing all this for 3 months already and it s working amazing. so, if u r reading this comment and thinking of trying this, start now.

been wasting my summer just playing video games, scrolling mindlessly on yt, just today when i opened yt, this came on my fyp, and i felt a curiosity to see what i could achieve. After watching, i will try this for 4 weeks, and i guess i will try and come back after 4 weeks. liking to come back to my progress

I’m not really active on social media besides my personal brands or work but every time when I see a video from Trey it inspires me to perform better, to create better videos and to be more productive.

I suggest to watch this video at least 3 times and take notes, because if you put these things you learned from this video into action your life could change really easily in a positive way.

Keep up the great work Trey! If you keep posting videos like this you’ll see your youtube channel going extremly viral in a few weeks.

Amen. I tried to be the best person I could in januwary this year but soon fell because I was remembering some messed up stuff from childhood. While I was doing "good" I was always stressed and worried about falling behind (this happened because of the memories) so now, I'm getting back up there. This time I'm going to stay positive the whole way, take breaks, meditate more, and not overwhelm myself because that's what usually happens. take it easy while getting out of bad habits, you might fall again

my main and only advice for everyone here:

forgive yourself

you don’t owe anyone else forgiveness but yourself. forgive yourself for vaping, slacking off, binge eating, loving someone so much, hurting someone, etcetc. let go of yourself man. can’t have a good relationship with your own if you can’t do that.

During December I had a breakup just 3 weeks before our 1-year anniversary, it was one of the lowest points in my life, I was going to make a scrapbook for our 1 year but that then changed. I started watching more self-improvement content and applying the knowledge I got from it. on January 1st I used that scrapbook as my personal growth journal, I started writing in it every single day. and since the break the up I've adapted and learned from the experience, and I started to focus on me more. Now I'm seeing my life improve in so many ways. Trey and a lot of other self-improvement YouTubers have been a big help for keeping me on track, for anyone else who is going through a breakup or starting self-improvement for themselves just know that things will get better, I believe in y'all ❤️

I turned off my phone for 36 hours, people almost lost their sh!t. I got deleted by my friends because I didn't reply and I try to tell everyone I take breaks from my phone.

you literally described me this is the video I needed I was in the gym 5 to 6 days a week in 2023 for most of the year had a great routine diet I was focused meditating daily and I was progressing very quickly in my fitness journey but unfortunately, I lost my job and fell off from the gym and that made the depression I had already been dealing with so much worse it's been over 6 months and I still haven't been able to get back in that mode and it's all I want but I know when I get back to the grind I'm giving it 110 percent I will never fall off again its only up from here 💯
