My struggles have brought me closer to God. I will continue to be a proverbs 31 women, I will only pursue the wisdom of God instead of the wisdom of this world. I still love and trust Jesus even though I have fallen on hard times. I WILL KEEP FAITH! Since covid I can’t seem to get back on my feet. Like so many others. I’m struggling financially, desperately trying to support my two autistic children and myself. My husband passed away years ago. I’m alone and overwhelmed. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital over declining the vaccine, I declined due to my pre existing health conditions lupus and heart disease. I’ve been struggling to provide ever since. I’m now waitressing, and I’m so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. Groceries and gas prices are going up every day. Every month is a struggle not to end up homeless on the streets with my two boys. But I keep faith in God, no matter what. I know he will provide. He has this far. He is the God of Possible. Please keep me and my children in your prayers. No PITY just prayers. God bless.

ST. TERESA OF AVILA: “God protect me from gloomy saints! I am more afraid of those who are terrified of the devil than I am of the devil himself!
From somber devotions and sour-faced saints, good Lord, deliver us!”

POPE BENEDICT XVI: “People should not fear God, thinking he is always ready to punish, but rather they should love him because he is always ready to forgive.
God is not a relentless sovereign who condemns the guilty, but a loving father whom we must love not out of fear of punishment, but because of his goodness.
The Lord is a God who is just, but always ready to reveal himself as merciful and compassionate.God loves us in a way that we might call “obstinate” and enfolds us in his inexhaustible tenderness. The anger and mercy of the Lord alternate in a dramatic sequence, but love triumphs in the end, for God is love.”

When children are very young and immature, and must be chastised, they may reflect that their father is angry and filled with resentful wrath. Their immaturity cannot penetrate beyond the punishment to discern the father's farseeing and corrective affection. But when these same children become grown-up, would it not be folly for them to cling to these earlier and misconceived notions regarding their father? As men and women they should now discern their father's love in all these early disciplines. And should not mankind, as the centuries pass, come the better to understand the true nature and loving character of the Father in heaven? What profit have you from successive generations of spiritual illumination if you persist in viewing God as Moses and the prophets saw him? And this is the Good News Jesus was delivering from our Father in Heaven. We should rejoice to enter the kingdom wherein such a loving and merciful Father rules, and we should seek to have His will of Love dominate our lives henceforth.

The Church has been over focusing on selling the image of the lovey Dover God, forgetting the GOD of the OT.
God is a God of both the OT and NT!
