The Coming Wrath of God

There is little time left. Jesus clearly says in Matthew 25 after the rapture “the door was shut.” No one can enter after that, even if they know Jesus is Lord.

When the sky lights up with the return of Jesus, it is too late to begin to believe in the Son of God.

Matthew 25:10-13 (NIV)
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut. 11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’ 12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’ 13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

Believers will not suffer the wrath of God (the seven bowls). But the unsaved will face God’s wrath.

1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 (NIV)
9 For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 10 He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him.

Revelation 6:15-17 (NIV)
15 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”
