Fun fact: EVH actually usually used a regular strat in the studio when they were recording. He actually only used his signatures and stuff on your because they were recognizable and they stayed in tune

I sure as shit bet he does.

This video actually just broke my heart, my first (and favorite, despite all the years) guitar was a fender strat (american deluxe) in exactly those colors, though rosewood fretboard - and then my mom sold it for booze money.

I swear, no other guitar feels right the way that kind of strat does to me anymore.

Keep making these videos, they're inspiring as fuck. Had reconstruction surgery on my left hand and i'm hoping that with some more physio/rehab I can eventually play again. This sort of video makes it worth trying.

BTW people, this is mind blowing today, but when it was written this sort of thing was just... unknown to the VAST majority of mankind, and so we should give double kudos to Eddie for writing it....
