I am 60 years old. This was my first attempt I did 50 clean the 1st set, 25 the 2nd set feeling those last five, and I only did 20 on the 3rd set and I gassed out. Almost. I will definitely get it shortly. Most of it is in our mind.

Aight thanks man I've been struggling to do PU past 40. Definitely gonna try tomorrow got lots of school work. Exams coming and need to get enough sleep for your brain and muscles.

Thanks Igor, for another insane challenge.
What made this circuit hard for me is keeping up with the beats. Not only did it provide the proper time under tension but also helped keep the movement clean and thorough.
It took me over a week to hit 50 on the first attempt. I was hitting between 38-42.
I also needed a bit more recovery time. After about 2 weeks I finally was able to complete the circuits.
In the beginning it would take me 4 attempts to hit the 100 mark.
Igor knows how to motivate and inspire thanks again for sharing some of the best routines on the web!
