Wow I did not realize that it is those first two minutes of the sun that is critical for us. So while yes the walks and grounding and sunlight in the morning is helping me with my sleep, I need those first two minutes of the sun. This may be very difficult though because of how everything changes so like now the sun is coming up later than earlier so like we really have to pay attention to the circadian rhythm.

I don't understand The #3 my sleep doctor says to get up at the same time everyday and I live in the way north and the sunrise is very different depending on the season so are you suggesting getting up at 430ish am everyday even when you don't work until 8am? What do you do all this hours before work when everyone else is still sleeping?
