i did every thing but it says "the windows service on the local computer started and then stopped. some service start and stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or program." i have spent a lot of time in this but not happening. please help me

But abhi 1 mhine se mujhe high data consumption ka problem aa rha hai.

Kai baar services me ja k updated ko manual/ disable karne pr sahi ho jata hai..
Fir next time switch on karne pr same problem.

Sorry, but I didn't like this video.First, you don't even offer a proper explanation, and second, you're moving around so FAST, I have to pause the video, go back, play it back, pause it again at just the right spot, just to be able to keep up with what it is you're doing. And finally, all of that did nothing at all to fix the issues. I don't know my way around very well in regard to all of the technical aspects of computers, but it started with me trying to check for updates, and I got "Windows update cannot currently check for updates because the service is not running. Then I went into SERVICES, and I wasn't able to start it, and there isn't any status at all, showing that it's running, or that it's stopped, and it doesn't even show any dependencies. But when I do attempt to start it, I get this, ... Windows could not start the windows update service on local computer. Error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified. So I just can't seem to zero in on the right video or website to help me get these issues resolved. Any suggestions?
