Milia is underrated.
Just like acne issues milia can literally make your self esteem go down.I have these bumps on my upper and lower eyelids and every upcoming year it seems to be getting worse.

I get them on my upper eyelids what do you recommend?

I had 2 under my eye. Took a tweezer cleaned with alcohol and popped those suckers. Never marked my skin, they never came back

I'm not a medical pro (just someone who's dealt with acne for decades), but I think that any product that increases cell turnover and softens the skin helps to bring the milia to the surface so that they can be extracted more easily. I like products with salicylic acid, glycolic acid, etc. for this purpose. Also, they make my skin look moist and fresher without increasing oil production.

Do you recommend anything for milia on eyelids besides in-office excision? I know Tretinoin would help exfoliate/accelerate clearance but I don’t think that can safely be applied on the eyelid either
