I usually just buy a new guitar every time i need to restring when it gas a floyd rose on it

Believe it or not, I much rather change strings on a Floyd Rose than setting up an Evertune bridge ever again.

Mostly, the dudes are blocking the system from the top.
I saw a method here on YT, where he blocked it from below with some woodblock between the metal block and the guitar body.
Of course, losing the springs a bit to keep the system perfectly aligned with the body squeezing the spacer to the body.
Then he restringed it. Tuned it... once. and tightened the springs back until the "spacer" just felt out.
For me, as a drummer, that makes sense. :)
I tried it on my cheap Harley Benton, worked great.

Orange oil spray for furniture is awesome for cleaning fret boards too.

Ok to tune an original Floyd rose you must tune set u[p low E A strings first then the B D strings then High E and G then check for precise tuning. again after the set up. .

Got a n2 for 30 years. I swapped the neck pickup for a diMarzio, sanded it down to make it look exactly like nuno model. Its one of the first ones that was made.

I gave up trying to balance the bridge and shoved a block in there. I never used the tremolo anyway.

Tip for polishing the Frets, look into micromesh. Works phenomenally.

I restrained a Floyd rose and I learned how to do it the hard way first I almost lost one of those tiny blocked then I eloped I needed to tighten the string and which I over tightened it so the E was hitting the pick ups so then I loosend the spring and here I am I mena it sounds like a guitar 😅
