This is one of the rare moments where Morgan actually shows she cares about Shaun. She doesn't want to see him get hurt and she wants go protect him. In a way it was actually a heart warming moment lol.

Morgans head nod was so perfect. Like instead of continuing the fight she acknowledged the point and left it.

Where this scene really shines is Dr. Reznick's expression at the end. It says that she happily accepted defeat and admitted that Carly was right. That's amazing character growth on her part!

The fact that Carly said that after the “night of a thousand stars” going belly-up says volumes about her character. I love it.

Carly makes an excellent point.
The biggest problem I have with this is that all these people keep butting into Shaun & Carly’s relationship WITHOUT getting to know Carly herself. All everyone knows about her is what Shaun is telling them 🤷🏽‍♀️

I loved this scene. To me Carly spoke to all the fans that hate her for absolutely no reason whatsoever and want Shaun to be with Lea and/ or alone. Aka Not with Carly. 🙄🙄🙄🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Carly is/has been fantastic with Shaun, it really boggles my mind that some fans out there hate her. Shaun has come such a long way because of her. He's grown so much. People should be thanking her not cursing her. Smmfh. They're very good together. And Shaun is happy with her. If you don't want to like Carly then at LEAST be happy for Shaun. 🤷🏽‍♀️

i think this show needs to show Carly a bit more respect though. These people talk to Carly like she's some kind of resident just because she's not a surgeon. She's the HEAD OF PATHOLOGY which means she's much more powerful than Morgan. Would Morgan talk to Dr. Melendez or Dr Lim like this ? She's talking to Carly like she's talking to Clair or Park just because Carly is not a surgeon.

Good for you Carly!!!! Sadly, from the looks of episode 10 I feel like Shaun isn't going to be able to commit to a relationship with Carly. Seeing him with Lea's arms around him as he cries makes me think he is able to bear her touch more than Carly and whilst this relationship has been good character growth for Shaun my heart is going to break for poor Carly. She's put so much into their relationship and been so understanding and patient and genuinely likes Shaun. But if Shaun is still holding a candle for Leah then better Carly knows now than lead her on and hurt her later.

Morgan is kind of acting like a big sister to Shaun and being overprotective of him in this scene. It's kind of shocking to see that side of her.

At first, I thought Carly and Shaun was a weird couple, but now, I can’t imagine them not being together.
