This is me, the all or nothing mentality, went from perfectly on track with my eating and fitness goals, but a chocolate cake two months ago.... thank you for this video, need to stop with the next Monday mentality and all the binges until that Monday, that in reality never happens, there's always a reason to postpone. not anymore

Just got off vacation and did cheating Omad everyday. Made sure to get my 3 walks in and did pushups and air squats. Back to the grind this week!!

This old disabled marine has been here before. Getting to hard to get back on track, God’s power I will think harder next time I decide to slack. Mr Arthritis is no joke though

I got off track because of health issues, but only for a week. Back at again today, 5 days a week.

Lately I've been having one cheat meal a week on a Saturday or Sunday. I gained a little weight from stress eating from this pandemic lately I lost a little weight.

Question
I just started kickboxing training after few months of unnativity due to injury. I wanted to complement my work outs with a couple days per week hitting weights, full body work outs to help definition and lose weight. It’s better start with legs o finish it with legs?

It may well be a horrible approach for most people, and it's not really healthy, but with that said, what put me off junk food is eating nothing but junk food. It got really, really boring, really, really quickly. I managed a couple of days and it knocked me so sick that I can't consistently eat junk food any more. I can eat unhealthy food here and there, but eating nothing but junk, no thanks.

No offense meant at all, but Lee; I think you would get more views and subs if you wore contacts (not glasses). I work in marketing and it's unfortunately a truth to this in the fitness field.
