Anyone who dumps someone and then wants them to chase them is incredibly toxic and insecure. That's a wildly egositical thing to do. You don't push someone away and secretly pine they chase you and want you back to get an ego kick.

When someone pushes you away, walk for good and never look back. People don't dump people they aren't in love with or committed to making it work with. If you showed up the best you could and did all you could to make the relationship work and they push you away, they aren't for you. You deserve someone steady who won't continue to put you in a push-pull pattern. People who are healthy don't put someone they are supposed to love and be with through that type of emotional rollercoaster.

20 days ..That's nothing, try over 112 days of pure NC. A photo of me on a date on social media, now over 3 wks of radio silence and still no contact from her. And Oh, I've been working on myself. Learned about attachment styles, and she's an avoidant. No, she needs to contact me. Don't worry, I did no chasing or pleading after the break up.
