you should incorporate more action-volume into your training instead of talk, you suffer from analysis paralysis, people are a lot less likely to listen to your advice when you have very little results to speak of, youre mostly hamstring, very small glutes

I recommend doing Bulgarian split squats and step ups, Ive trained dozens of women and if squats and hipthrusts didn't work(because they were quad dominant) 120 - 150grams of protein( and whatever filler foods(carbs and fats) they want to eat for bulking plus body weight Step ups, RDLs, bulgarian split squats and hipthrusts with a band(slight lean forward in stepup and Bulgarian split squats to get even more of a glute stretch) on ALWAYS made the glutes explode, happy growing
